     Michael Licari is a partner at Sprinkle Lloyd & Licari and heads up the firm’s Business Trial Practice Group.

     Michael’s litigation experience involves nearly all facets of litigation including contract disputes, unfair business practices, securities fraud, purchase and sale disputes, class actions, employment, intellectual property litigation, administrative hearings and privacy breaches.

     Prior to joining Sprinkle Lloyd & Licari, Michael started the firm D’Egidio Licari Townsend & Shah in 2009 straight from law school. Licari left DLTS in 2018 to form and manage SL2’s business litigation department. For ten years, Licari handled hundreds of complex business and real estate matters at DLTS including scoring the two largest settlements in the firm’s history. Michael has experience litigating eight figure cases on his clients’ behalf. Michael also negotiated several contracts for American companies to build power plants at the end of the second Gulf War.
     Before becoming an attorney, Michael served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Michael was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and Camp Pendleton, California. He deployed in 2000 to the Mediterranean as part of Operation Dynamic Mix in an effort by the United Nations to help the people of Kosovo.
